Welcome

One side of a 1970s duplex, all yours

Fifth & Brick is a two-bedroom, one-bath home on one side of a 1970s duplex in Boise’s North End. You’ll have a private entrance and backyard, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, king and queen beds, Roku TVs and gigabit fiber Wi-Fi. Walk or bike to Hyde Park’s coffee shops and restaurants, or take a short drive downtown and to the foothills trails.

The home

About 888 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a washer and dryer, gigabit fiber Wi-Fi and a small desk in the living room.

Bedrooms

The primary bedroom has a king Helix Midnight Luxe mattress, and the second bedroom has a queen Nectar Classic memory foam mattress. Both have 600 thread count cotton sheets, duvet covers and four pillows.

TVs

A 65-inch Roku TV in the living room and a 43-inch Roku TV in each bedroom. All are set to Guest Mode, so you can sign in to your own streaming accounts and choose your departure date for automatic sign-out.

Parking and arrival

One space on the right side of the rear carport is reserved for your stay. Street parking is also available, but spaces aren’t reserved. The carport is tight for larger vehicles, and trailers can be difficult to park in the neighborhood, so please ask before booking if you’re bringing either. Check-in is self check-in starting at 4:00 PM, and your personal door code is sent on arrival day.

Questions

Good to know

Why book direct?

Booking here skips the marketplace service fees and puts you in direct contact with the host. Your booking is handled securely through Hospitable.

How does check-in work?

Self check-in starting at 4:00 PM. Your personal door code is sent on arrival day, so there’s no key exchange.

Where do I park?

One space on the right side of the rear carport is reserved for your stay, and street parking is available. The carport is tight for larger vehicles and trailers can be hard to park in the neighborhood, so ask before booking if that applies.

Is it a whole house?

It’s one side of a duplex. Your entrance, living space and backyard are private. A long-term resident lives next door, which is why quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

Can I bring a pet?

Sorry, no pets, and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

How many people can stay?

Up to four overnight guests (king bed and queen bed). Two extra daytime visitors are welcome between 8 AM and 10 PM.

Are there cameras?

An exterior Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entrance. There are no indoor cameras.
